Our Santiago hosts, the Tiltons, took us on a wonderful 2-day road trip to the towns of Zapallar and Valparaiso on Chile's Pacific Coast. Zapallar was pristine and Valparaiso is a busy little seaport with many hills and wall art. The town is a stopping place for many cruise ships in summer - so if your travel plans include a S.American cruise maybe you will find yourselves on the same winding streets we enjoyed.
